Prevents heart attacks
Nattokinase is a natural fermented blood thinner that helps prevent blood clots, thus reducing the risk of heart attacks and strokes. It is much safer and more effective than aspirin and is noted for aiding conditions such as varicose veins. Additionally, it alleviates muscle and leg pains, swelling, and numbness. It is recommended for older individuals, as many Japanese patients with senile dementia link their condition to cerebral thrombosis.

Supports cardiovascular health
Nattokinase is essential for me. It is an enzyme extracted from natto, a traditional Japanese dish produced by the fermentation of soybeans with the bacterium Bacillus Natto. It has beneficial effects on cardiovascular diseases, linked to lowering blood pressure and improving blood flow. It breaks up blood clots in thrombosis and aids in heart valve issues, heart diseases, arteriosclerosis, circulatory disorders, and even Alzheimer's disease.

Clears blood vessels
I take Nattokinase most days on an empty stomach to help keep my body clear of undesirable proteins, especially fibrin in blood vessels, which contributes to blood clots and plaques in the brain that can lead to dementia and Alzheimer's disease. Since most of us don't eat Japanese natto daily, supplemental nattokinase serves as an excellent alternative.

Controversial effects
Initially, I took nattokinase on an empty stomach, but within half an hour, I experienced severe weakness and a sharp drop in pressure, leaving me unable to do anything but lie down. After a week, I struggled with forgetting words and feeling empty in my thoughts, which frightened me while driving. I linked these symptoms to the nattokinase and stopped, after which everything returned to normal. I also suffered high blood pressure three times, making me feel as though I was experiencing symptoms akin to dementia.
